To book the band for your engagement, please use the form below.
This is a Booking Enquiry Form; your booking is not secure until this form has been completed and returned (via email or post), and you have received, formally accepted and returned an official Booking Confirmation.
Please note: Great Yarmouth Brass Band is a non profit making musical group and does not receive any financial assistance in respect of its running costs. Virtually all income that the Band receives is derived purely from Concerts; therefore we have to charge a minimum fee, which will be subject to a number of factors, including any special requirements, location of event etc. All promotional advertising will be the responsibility of the Concert/Event organisers and not Great Yarmouth Brass, unless formally agreed in writing. Great Yarmouth Brass does not accept responsibility for incorrect, misleading or late information, in any promotional advertising, which could be deemed to affect audience attendance figures, thus affecting Concert/Event revenue. A small deposit may be requested for new Client bookings.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of cancellation the appropriate cancellation fee will be payable: less than 28 days before the booked event 30%, 14 days 60%, 7 days 80%.
